Netmarks (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a specialist of Professional Services for IT Solutions. Being one of seven branches of Netmarks Inc., Japan, we started the operations in Thailand in 1999.

Because of the various business needs for IT solutions, we provides a wide variety of solutions, starting from the foundation network infrastructure up to the custom-made software for some specific applications.
We also provide network diagnostic services, which will help uncovering potential deficiencies and risks of the existing systems. We, then, can recommend steps to improve the performance and availability of the systems.
Wired and Wireless Network services: We provide multi-brands solutions, based on the specific needs or constraints.
Network Equipment services: We sell and provide professional services of multi-brands network connected devices, such as switches, routers, etc.
Internet & Intranet services: We provide Internet & Intranet connection IT infrastructure, such as Mail Server, Web Server, Proxy, etc.
Security services: We provide a wide range of IT security solutions, starting from solutions for SMB up to solutions for enterprise. Our security solutions include not only solutions to prevent attacks from outside such as viruses, worms, etc., but also solutions to protect confidential data leaking to outside such as device control, data encryption, etc.
Software services: We design and develop application software based on customer’s specific requirements.

Many manufacturers in Thailand have their headquarters located in Japan. Most of the key Japanese staffs, staying in Thailand, are finance, production or engineering related staffs. Most of manufacturers do not have adequate level of internal IT expertise, a good way to address this issue is to outsource some parts of IT services. Although there are many System Integrators (SI) in Thailand, we are among a few companies that have headquarters located in Japan. With the cooperation of our local staffs and Japanese staffs, we can communicate in Thai, English and Japanese, which help improving the efficiency and rapidity of the responses to customer’s demands.
In addition, we have a great experience and understanding of Japanese-style business processes, and our local staffs can communicate in Japanese. This helps us managing projects and coordinating with customers and other parties smoothly. And if it is necessary, our headquarters can get involved in the project and coordinate with their counterparts directly in Japan. This is very convenient, flexible and allows a greater standardization across the company.
