Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Age between 25–30 years old.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to maintain company confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills, punctual, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and social media tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Work location: Ekkamai.
- Able to start work immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, coordinate job postings, and arrange interviews.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and update employee files and databases.
- Record employee welfare claims in accordance with company policies.
- Record employee training information in the system.
- Maintain and verify the Time Attendance system.
- Prepare documents for work permits and visa applications.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Support HR documentation and perform other HR duties as assigned.
